Many years ago a friend asked me if I like the band Yello, I love Yello but joked “they are in my top 10 favourite Swiss bands”, the joke being that they were the only Swiss band I knew. Ok, so I didn’t have a promising future in stand-up!
Now there is another Swiss-born artist on my radar, Mané who was one of my highlights of Threshold Festival in 2017.
She’s a bit more pop than I usually listen to, but she does it so well you just have to listen!
