Kælan Mikla are a Darkwave/synth punk 3 piece from Iceland, who’s unique brand of Darkwave has attracted the attention and approval from the likes of Robert Smith (The Cure) who personally invited them to play at meltdown festival and to support The Cure. Kaelan Miklas ritualistic live shows and ethereal sound has gained them a cult international following, and their critically acclaimed album “nott eftir nottt” was released last year on Artoffact records. They have also released music on legendary post punk label Fabrika Records.
