LA STAGIONE DECISIVA,Marco De Luca's new album The album

LA STAGIONE DECISIVA has been released, a new work by the italian singer-songwriter Marco De Luca, his fourth after STANZE REMOTE in 2006, Due in 2008 and Canzoni inedite in 20012, the album is composed of eight tracks, three songs namely VIDEOSPAZZATURA, IL MOSTRO and UN UOMO GENTILE taken from the repertoire of his group Sine with which he played until 2000, revisited and rearranged in line with the sound of the other five unreleased songs. LA STAGIONE DECISIVA differs from his other works for a greater use of keyboards present in all the songs and for a more psychedelic rock sound, compared to his previous more new wave and dark works in which the guitars are the master.LA STAGIONE DECISIVA is an album of protest against our society and its darkest aspects.

The opening track, VIDEOSPAZZATURA ( VIDEO TRASH), talks about the television of pain, that is, the one that exploits people’s suffering to gain audiences..IL MOSTRO ( THE MONSTER) is a song about the fear that comes from people’s ignorance about everything that is different and that leads to racism..LA FESTA (THE PARTY) is about a little girl who is teased and ostracized by her peers..ALLA DERIVA ( ADRIFT) is about those who live on the margins, forgotten people who are drifting away. 15 ANNI (15 Years) is a song about the exploitation of minors.UN UOMO GENTILE (A KIND MAN )is a song about a gentle person in an unkind context..ASPIRANTI MODELLE( ASPIRING MODELS )talks about prostitution and IIL GIORNO (THE DAY) closing track talks about war.The album was written, arranged and recorded entirely by De Luca in a studio.
