Music and photography festival has plenty to shout about!
Ever wondered what it’s like to be in the photo pit at concerts and festivals? Well you can find out at the second ‘Shout about it’ festival at Constellations, Liverpool.
Held over three days from 17 to 19 August ; the festival celebrating the world of music photography will play host to 28 bands and artists and include an exhibition of photographers’ work from all around the world. In the words of photographer and festival organiser Georgia Flynn, “This festival provides a space for creatives within the music industry, bands, artists, fans, and all those behind the scenes to come together and celebrate all aspects of live music. The line up for 2018 is really exciting as we’ve been able to attract more acts, more photographers and more excitement about the event than ever before.”
The official launch is on Friday 17 August from 7pm until 11 pm, with music from Melinda Ortner, Luna Rosa, Shamona and Scarlet. Tickets are available free of charge from www.eventbrite.co.uk
On Saturday 18 August, from 12.30 until 11 pm, there will be live music from a plethora of bands including Rews, Himalayas, Vistas and local artists Tabitha Jade, J Johns, Satin Beige and Pizza Girl.
The music continues on Sunday 19 August again from 12.30 until 11pm with bands including Astles, Remee, Mersey Wyllie, Eleanor Nelly and M.A.N.E.
