Formed in 2014, dubbed by Fred Perry Subculture and This Feeling as “Big in 2016”, Liverpool based four piece The Jackobins have taken the UK’s music scene by storm, headlining and selling out venues across the country whilst appearing on some of the UK’s most prestigious festivals including: Reading & Leeds, Isle of Wight, Kendal Calling, Victorious, Tramlines, Live at Leeds, Dot to Dot, Sound City and Y Not Festival amongst many others.
The band has been championed by BBC Introducing Merseyside DJ Dave Monks, giving the band heavy airplay and inviting them for a live session, whist Radio X made their singles ‘Hasty’ and ‘Nightfire’ Track of The Week.
Their latest two singles stirred a buzz around airing on BBC Introducing Merseyside, BBC 6, Radio 2 and Radio X. Hasty – charted at #4 in Holland , 14 in Norway and 57 in Germany on iTunes.
