Song Bio—Tempranillo is the new single by Liverpool five-piece Monks, it is a hard hitting and synth heavy track. The bass driven song takes the listener through the journey of love, and how your thoughts and feelings towards someone can change so quickly. The bridge section brings a dance edge, something new for the band. The song title and chorus come from the name of Monks’ guitarists favourite type of red wine. The song was recorded/produced by Robert Whiteley in Whitewood Recording Studio, Liverpool.

Product Availability – The single will be available to buy from iTunes and will be available to stream online at all major music streaming platforms. (Spotify etc.).

[…] I was able to secure a premier in the magazine Urbanista. This was published on the Friday, release day. I was happy that we were able to secure at least one feature for the new song. I felt like it would have been more productive if we had a music video to go along. But it was also a big release day, so it was good to secure one feature. The song had achieved 4,000 streams within the first week which I feel is a good start. We will hopefully secure a playlist spot for the song. I was happy overall with the release and response in the first week. https://urbanista.wpengine.com/premiere-listen-to-monks-brand-new-track-tempranillo-here/ […]
