Canadian Fashion-rock trio PALAYE ROYALE have announced their return to the UK in February 2020, with a five date headline run that includes London’s famous O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire.
Starting 2019 with a mammoth UK run supporting ENTER SHIKARI, the (now) LA based three piece kicked the summer off with a wild, electric set at Donington’s legendary Download festival, and end it with an appearance at Reading & Leeds fests this weekend.
The band say: “We are pleased to announce the new era of Palaye Royale with The Bastards. The first stop of this journey will be an extensive headline run covering our most favorite cities throughout Europe and the UK.
We genuinely look forward to seeing our beloved Royal Council each and every night to celebrate this event with us.”
As their moniker itself evokes (PALAYE ROYALE is the name of the Toronto dancehall where their grandparents met in the ‘50s), the brotherly trio effortlessly connect themselves and this generation to the spirit of the past, reinvigorated for today with eclecticism and fierce individuality.
Each member of PALAYE ROYALE doubles as musician and visionary. The Pirate, The Vampire, and The Gentleman inspire a level of devotion reserved for My Chemical Romance or Twenty One Pilots, as their deep fan connection crosses genre-divides.
Each show comes with an element of unpredictability and danger, with the three guys playing as if their lives depended on it, pure showmanship over perfectionism.
