Is Henry Colin Wright looking to start up a new band !!?

Uk based singer Henry Colin Wright, 17, recently took to his Instagram story to say to his fans “I’m thinking about starting up a new project”. We know that obviously this comment could mean anything and that’s why it left most of his fans and a lot of members of the media intrigued to find out more, so we decided to ask Henry a few questions to find out more about what he meant by that comment and what we can expect from this new project in the future. You can find the highlights and hear our full interview below !

So then Henry first of all what is this new project that you’re currently talking about on Instagram?

Henry Colin Wright: As everyone seems to be predicting I am looking to start up a band. I’m not 100% percent sure how I’m going to do it yet, but I am currently spending my evening’s doing some research on what goes into starting a band and what it takes to form one from scratch. It won’t be an easy thing to do but I’m definitely up for a challenge!.

How are you thinking of actually getting the band together and finding the members?

HCW: I’m thinking of starting off by asking a few friends what they think of the idea and weather they would be interested in joining me on the journey, but if that doesn’t work out I’ll probably just put out an advert for local musicians to see if the would be interested instead.

Are you looking to form a all singer band or a singing and instrument band?

HCW: I’m not to sure really, either one could work for me, as I sing so I could go into an instrument band as the singer or I could just go into an all singing band. I guess only time will tell.

What do you think the first project that you will do together with the rest of the band once it’s fully formed?

HCW: I’ll probably start by just getting to know and make friends with my fellow band mates, but after that I guess hopefully we will start writing our first song together.

And finally where do you see the band in 10 years from now?

HCW: That’s a hard question, I’d like to think that 10 years from now we would have many songs out and a few albums also hopefully we will have had the chance to meet some fans and do some live performances.
