This Saturday 4 April, the Threshold Festival Team are going live from lockdown with a special streamed podcast.
The team behind the Liverpool festival of grassroots music & arts were due to celebrate their tenth and final annual event this weekend, but due to COVID-19 the event has been postponed with a new date to be confirmed.
In lieu of the festival the streamed event taking place on the Threshold Festival Facebook is to be hosted by Threshold Co-founders Kaya & Chris Herstad Carney. Guest chat and music & arts picks will come from Directors Andy Minnis & Emilia Eriksson and core team members as well as an appearance from Liverpool singer-songwriter Mersey Wylie.
Following the chat show there will be a live streamed performance from Nana Funk and contributions from participating musicians to be revealed on the day.
Representing the arts, there will be an online gallery of visual arts curated by Jazamin Sinclair and including work from artists who were due to exhibit at the festival including Tinsel Edwards, Cerano Denn, Alex Stone and more.
